Own the overall account and client relationship:
- Establish collaborative, trusted partnerships with key stakeholders
- Be accountable for business outcomes and team performance results
- Serve as an escalation point for risk/issues related to the client
- Manage, execute, and collaborate with internal Veersa teams and third parties in account administration activities, such as project setup, talent acquisition & staffing, revenue optimization, approval of account time and expense, forecasting, billing and accounts receivable, etc.
Develop a deep understanding of your client’s organization priorities in order to:
- Demonstrate company and industry knowledge (healthcare domain experience preferrable)
- Bring the best of Veersa to address the client’s biggest opportunities
- Work with Veersa leadership on strategic account planning demonstrating financial and business acumen, value analysis, and opportunity insight
- Evaluate existing accounts to help expand offerings as well as analyze competitors, recommend strategies, and lead proposals to gain net new business
Delivery solutions for clients that help them achieve their goals:
- Drive discovery of new opportunities to help grow new revenue streams
- Demonstrate value to the customer by leading the creation of the solution proposal, business case, and contract win
- Lead projects/programs and participate in projects in both Business Consulting and Technology Delivery in a billable capacity
Utilize project management skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Create and manage project plans
- Define project schedule, manage (client and vendor) resources, and monitor progress
- Lead process of risk identification and mitigation/strategy techniques
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution
- Monitor and manage scope, budget, and schedule
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Plan and manage budget, resources, and milestones
- Develop and deliver project status reports to PMO and upper-level client resources

- Has 7 – 10 years of experience in
Account Management and Project Delivery roles. - Has some background in the healthcare industry,
ideally in a technology delivery capacity - Ability to work with exec leadership to set an account strategy and goals and provide leadership to ensure the team achieves the planned goals.
- Builds trust and has the client’s best interest at heart.
- Executive-level communication, both internal and customer facing.
- Ability to provide true thought leadership and understanding of clients’ industry and market in order to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solutions.
- Strong focus in all areas of delivery, relationship management, and the identification of opportunities and risks.
- Experience developing proposals and SOWs for clients and prospects.
- This role is a hybrid of onsite client and remote locations.
- Travel up to 20%
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
- Write effective APIs
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
