Neurealm Acquires Veersa to Expand Healthcare Portfolio and Accelerate the Agentic AI Journey for Customers
Princeton, New Jersey, June 1, 2026: Neurealm, an AI-first technology services company, today announced the acquisition of Veersa, an engineering specialist focused on AI-first Modernization for privately held Healthcare companies, enhancing their enterprise value.
The acquisition is a strategic step in Neurealm's journey toward leveraging Agentic AI for Healthcare, one of Neurealm's key growth sectors.
By combining Veersa's Custom GPTs with Neurealm's AI platform, NeuGAIN, the organization will strengthen its ability to help enterprises accelerate modernization across the full spectrum from Physical AI to Agentic AI.
